Contact JML Services

Phone for a conversation, email for a written answer, or send the property details and get a fixed figure back. All three reach the same people.

Melbourne-wide, all suburbsReply usually same dayNo call centre

There are three ways to get hold of us and they suit different situations. Phone is best when you want to talk something through, particularly a commercial site or a property in an unusual condition where a conversation saves four emails. Email is best when you want the answer in writing. The quote builder is best when what you actually want is a price.

All three reach the same small team. There is no call centre in between, nobody is reading from a script, and the person who answers can usually scope a job on the spot rather than promising that somebody will be in touch.

Our coverage runs across greater Melbourne without exception, and nothing is added to a figure for distance inside it. That means the first question on the phone is never about where you are, it is about what the property is and what condition it is in, which is what actually decides a figure.

If you already know what you need, the quote builder is quicker than any phone call. If you are still deciding, the service pages set out what each job includes and the FAQs answer most of what people ring to ask.

Which way of contacting us is fastest?

Four routes, each quicker for a different thing.

Short answerThe quote builder for a price, phone for a conversation about a complicated property, email for anything you want in writing, and the service pages when the question is really what a job includes.

Get a fixed quote

The quickest route to a number. Four short steps, then a fixed figure and a room by room scope come back to you.

Open the quote builder

Call the office

Best for a commercial site, an unusual property or a tight deadline. Somebody who can scope the job answers it.

Email us

Best when you want the answer in writing, or when you are comparing quotes and need the scope beside the figure.

Read first

Access, products, the guarantee, cancellations and bond questions are all answered in full rather than in a sentence.

Read the FAQs

Whichever route you take, what comes back is the same: a fixed figure against a written scope rather than a range and a promise. Nothing is charged for quoting, and nothing commits you until you accept.

Hours

When do cleans actually happen?

Short answerResidential work runs through the day, strata mid-morning when buildings are quietest, offices before opening or after close, and hospitality overnight against a hard reopening deadline. The office itself runs on business hours.

Cleaning is one of the few trades where the attendance time is part of the specification rather than a convenience. An office cleaned at two in the afternoon is an office full of people being vacuumed around. A retail floor cleaned at ten past nine is a shop cleaning itself in front of customers, which is worse than not cleaning at all.

So attendance gets built around the site. Households usually sit anywhere in the working day and most clients are out. Common property in an apartment building works best late in the morning, once residents have gone and a vacuum in the corridor wakes nobody. Offices are before opening or after close, and venues are after service with a committed finish time, because a kitchen that is not ready is a venue that cannot trade.

The office is a separate thing. Quote requests, scheduling changes and anything that needs a decision are handled during business hours on weekdays, and anything arriving overnight is read and answered the next morning.

For a visit that has to land in a specific window, say so when you make contact. A finish time can be written into a commercial scope, and where a building requires a booked lift or a loading dock slot we work to that rather than around it. Where a site has its own health and safety induction, that is completed before a first attendance rather than on the day, and WorkSafe Victoria sets the baseline everybody on a Victorian worksite is held to.

Everything else

Where do you want to go next?

Short answerThe service pages carry the room by room lists, pricing explains how a figure is built, and the area pages cover access and parking in each suburb. Those three answer most of what people ring the office to ask.
Questions

Frequently asked questions about contacting us

Two questions about getting hold of a person.

When can I reach somebody?

During business hours on weekdays, when the office line is answered by somebody who can scope a job rather than take a message. Outside those hours, email and quote requests are read in the morning and answered the same business day. Cleaning attendance itself runs well outside office hours, because commercial sites are cleaned before opening or after close.

Will somebody actually call me back?

Yes, and if you would rather not wait for a call, say so and you get a written reply instead. Quote requests are answered in writing by default, because a figure and a scope are easier to compare on paper than to take down over the phone while you are doing something else.

Where to go next

Send the property details instead

If what you want is a price, the quote builder gets you there faster than a phone call, because it captures the things we would otherwise have to ask. A fixed figure and a written scope come back, usually the same business day.

Book a cleaner who turns up and gets it right

Tell us the property and the job. You get a written quote, a set time, and the same guarantee on every clean: if something is missed, we come back that day or refund you.
