Your questions, answered

Can I cancel or change my booking once I have made it?+
You can make changes to your reservation via the email confirmation you receive when you book. We include a link to modify or cancel from there. If you did not receive a confirmation, please email info@masalakitchen.com.au with the details (location, name, booking date and time) and we will make sure the reservation is confirmed.
Do you have any gluten free items?+
Our curries are 100% gluten free, and there are plenty of options for entrées. Please notify our staff prior to ordering.
Do you have any vegan options?+
We have plenty of vegan options. Vegan entrées on the menu are marked with "(V)", and there is a separate vegan section for mains.
Are you Halal?+
We serve 100% halal certified meat.
Are you BYO?+
Our venues are all fully licensed. Our gin bars have a selection of over 100 of the world's best gins alongside our signature cocktails and G&Ts, plus an excellent and affordable selection of wines, beers and other drinks. We do not offer a BYO option.
Which of your venues allow dogs?+
We welcome furry friends into the outdoor spaces at all of our venues.
Do your venues have disabled access?+
Yes. All Masala Kitchen venues are easily accessible for guests with limited mobility and wheelchairs.
Do you do split bills?+
Yes, we do split bills, but we do not offer itemised splits.
Do you have a kids' menu?+
Kids love our butter chicken and cheese naan combo, and we also offer a chicken nuggets and chips option for very fussy eaters.
How does Masala Feast work?+
Masala Feast is our banquet menu, with almost the whole menu to choose from (except one or two items). Perfect for bigger groups: you get a choice of two entrées and up to four different mains, served with rice and naans plus masala raita and papadums. You can add an extra entrée for $5 per person.
Do you charge for kids on Masala Feast?+
Kids under 5 are free, ages 5 to 9 are $15, and full price applies over 9 years old.
Can I bring my own cake?+
We charge a cakeage fee on all outsourced cakes: $4 per person or $20 for the table.
How do I make High Tea bookings?+
All high tea bookings must be made via email to the restaurant.
