Contact Us
Use this page to contact iServe Process Servers with a question that is not yet an instruction: whether we can serve a particular document, how a serve you booked is going, or what to expect before you commit. Send the form and a person replies within [n] hours.
Clerks, business owners and people handling their own case all write to the same team. For a picture of what we serve and where, start with our guide to iServe and process serving in Sydney and NSW.
How do I contact iServe Process Servers?
Send the contact form on this page with your name, how to reach you and your question. A member of the team reads every message, 7 days a week, and answers within [n] hours; there is no bot and no ticket queue. Most messages fall into one of four kinds.
A document question
Not sure whether it needs personal service, or which deadline applies? Attach a photo of the first page and we will say what it is.
A serve in progress
Quote the recipient's surname or your reference and we send the latest attempt notes.
A firm account
Practices sending regular work can ask about batch instructions and monthly invoicing.
You were served
We can confirm a serve happened, but we cannot discuss the other side's case or advise you. Legal help is listed at the foot of this page.
What should your message include?
A name, a way to reply, the suburb involved and one or two lines on what you need. If the question concerns a document, say which court issued it and any date printed on it. That is usually enough to answer in one reply.
When are you open, and what if it is urgent?
iServe Process Servers operates 7 days a week, and the team monitors messages from [n] am to [n] pm every day. Anything with a deadline today should not wait in the contact form: lodge it as an urgent instruction so it reaches the same-day queue.
A message asking whether we can help is slower than an urgent instruction. Read the cut-offs on our urgent same-day serving page, then instruct with the deadline in the first line of the notes.
Should you instruct or ask for a quote instead?
If you already hold a sealed document and an address, instructing directly is faster than writing to ask. If the job is unusual, regional or involves several people, a fixed quote settles the price first. Either route reaches the same team.

Instruct a standard serve
Upload the document, name the recipient and choose a deadline. Confirmation follows within [n] hours and the first attempt is booked straight away.

Tell us the document, the town and the timing. One written figure comes back within [n] business hours, with no obligation.

Two questions come up more than any others on this page.
Do you answer on weekends?
Where are you based?
We serve documents and answer questions about our service; we cannot give legal advice, including to people who have been served. For help with a court matter, contact a solicitor, Legal Aid NSW or LawAccess NSW. Business details checked against ABN Lookup; last reviewed October 2026.
