A Plus Resume provides professional resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile writing and related consultation services, as described on our Services & Pricing page.<\/p>\n\n

3. Orders and payment<\/h3>\n

Payment is required to begin work on your order, unless otherwise agreed. Prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice, though the price you paid for your order will not change once confirmed.<\/p>\n\n

4. Information provided by you<\/h3>\n

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your work history and career goals. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in your final documents that result from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.<\/p>\n\n

5. Revisions<\/h3>\n

Each package includes one round of revisions on your draft, as outlined on our Services page. Additional revisions beyond this may incur an extra fee, which we will advise before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n

6. Turnaround time<\/h3>\n

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on current workload and how promptly you respond during the revision process.<\/p>\n\n

7. Intellectual property<\/h3>\n

Once your final documents are delivered and paid for in full, you own the content of your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifying examples of our work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.<\/p>\n\n

While we take care to produce high-quality, professional documents, we do not guarantee interview invitations or job offers. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.<\/p>\n\n
