This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">Subscription Refunds<\/h2>\n<p style=\"color:#9C9BA4;\">Due to the digital and instant activation nature of our IPTV subscriptions, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"color:#9C9BA4;\">Your subscription was not activated within a reasonable timeframe after payment<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"color:#9C9BA4;\">You experienced a technical fault on our end that our support team was unable to resolve<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"color:#9C9BA4;\">You were charged in error or duplicate charges occurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color:#9C9BA4;\">Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Once a subscription has been actively used to stream content, it is generally no longer eligible for a refund, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">Hardware Refunds<\/h2>\n<p style=\"color:#9C9BA4;\">TV boxes and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item is faulty, not as described, or arrives damaged. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible. Change of mind returns on hardware are considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">How To Request A Refund<\/h2>\n<p style=\"color:#9C9BA4;\">To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for your request. You can reach us by email or WhatsApp, and our team will review your request promptly.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">Processing Time<\/h2>\n<p style=\"color:#9C9BA4;\">Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
