How a custom order works
Send your drawing
A dimensioned drawing, CAD file or even a sample part is enough for us to start. Not sure what to include? Send what you have and we'll ask if anything's missing.
We review and quote
Our team checks tolerances against what's achievable in ceramic, recommends a material grade, and comes back with pricing and lead time within 48 business hours.
We manufacture and ship
Once you approve the quote, your part goes into production and ships directly to you, with the option of a first-article sample on larger runs.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We'll quote a single prototype part the same as a production run, though unit pricing improves at higher volumes.
What tolerances can you hold?
Typically ±0.1mm on machined dimensions, though this varies by part geometry and material grade. We'll confirm what's achievable when we review your drawing.
What file formats can I send?
PDF and image files work for simple parts. For anything with tight tolerances, a CAD file (DWG, DXF or STEP) helps us quote more accurately.
How long does a custom order take to arrive?
Quotes are typically returned within 48 business hours. Production lead time depends on complexity and volume, we'll confirm this as part of the quote.
Can you recommend a material if I'm not sure?
Yes. Send through what the part needs to do (temperature, electrical isolation, wear resistance) and we'll recommend a suitable ceramic grade.
